Refunds are not available for PDF files that have been downloaded.

Once a PDF file has been downloaded, it is considered to have been consumed. This means that it cannot be returned or refunded.

There is an exceptions to this policy:

• If the PDF file is defective or corrupt, you may be eligible for a replacement file.
